The QuickSilver Dance Center offers a variety of social dance lessons in Country & Western, Swing, and Ballroom dancing for adults and youth from newcomer to competitor. Our goal is to help you feel comfortable and relaxed on the dance floor.

Owned and operated in Austin Texas by Valerie Ryan since 1992, QuickSilver offers group and private lessons for singles and couples, in the studio and at parties, for weddings, or any special occasion.

Our Austin studio offers dance classes in a unique two-hour format, allowing you to reinforce prior lessons with a structured review to build confidence in your dancing experience from week to week. Smaller classes provide more individual attention and allow us to achieve a better balance of men and women so you spend more time dancing with a real partner.

We encourage our students to help us achieve that balance by calling ahead, yet you don't need to bring a partner or make reservations. Our students find we offer great rates and discounts. We also offer classes in New Braunfels and San Antonio.
